Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we do not offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Audio file downloads are exempt from Refunds and Returns.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at jonah_whale@aol.com and we will give you a Return To address.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. We will pay shipping costs for the replacement item.
